Artist and label partnerships are by invitation or application only. Zaventra reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

• Maintain the security of your password and account

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Zaventra Music Group or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to us (including music recordings, artwork, biographies, and promotional materials), you grant Zaventra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with our Services.

You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions.

5. Music Distribution and Publishing

Specific terms governing music distribution and publishing services are outlined in separate agreements between Zaventra and each artist or label partner. These Terms apply to the use of our website and general services, while specific distribution terms govern the commercial relationship.

6. Royalties and Payments

Royalty rates, payment schedules, and financial terms are defined in individual partnership agreements. Zaventra commits to transparent reporting and timely payment processing as outlined in each partner agreement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

8. Termination
