1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, submitting music releases, or accessing services provided by Zaventra Music Group (operated by Zaventra Industries Private Limited), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated operational policies.
2. Account Responsibilities & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must immediately notify Zaventra of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Termination & Governing Law
Zaventra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate intellectual property rights, engage in fraudulent streaming, or breach these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
