Takedown Policy

1. Overview
This Takedown Policy explains the process for requesting the removal of content from streaming platforms distributed through Zaventra Music Group.
2. Takedown by Rights Holders
If you are a rights holder and believe your content has been distributed without authorization, you may request a takedown by providing:
- Proof of ownership or authorization (copyright registration, license agreement)
- Identification of the specific content to be removed (track title, artist, ISRC, release URL)
- Description of how the content infringes your rights
- Your contact information and signature (physical or electronic)
3. Takedown by Zaventra Partners
Zaventra partners (artists and labels) may request removal of their own content by:
- Submitting a takedown request through their dashboard or by contacting us directly
- Allowing 7-14 business days for processing across all platforms
- Acknowledging that takedown is permanent and re-release may require a new UPC
4. DMCA Takedowns
For DMCA takedown requests, please follow the process outlined in our Copyright Policy. All valid DMCA notices will be processed within 48 hours.
5. Processing Time
- Standard takedown requests: 7-14 business days
- DMCA notices: 1-3 business days
- Court orders or legal demands: Immediate upon receipt
Note: Processing times may vary by DSP. Some platforms may retain cached versions for up to 30 days after takedown.
6. Counter-Notification
If your content was taken down in error, you may submit a counter-notification. See our Copyright Policy for details on the counter-notification process.
7. Repeat Takedowns
Accounts that receive multiple takedown requests may be subject to review and potential suspension as outlined in our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
