Content Guidelines

1. Overview

These Content Guidelines outline the standards and requirements for all music, audio, visual, and textual content submitted to Zaventra Music Group for distribution. All content must comply with these guidelines to be accepted and distributed through our platform.

2. Audio Content Standards

All audio content submitted for distribution must:

• Be original material or include proper clearances for all samples, interpolations, and third-party compositions
• Be provided in WAV or FLAC format, minimum 16-bit/44.1kHz
• Not contain excessive silence (leading or trailing silence beyond industry standard)
• Meet platform-specific loudness requirements (typically -14 to -16 LUFS integrated)
• Not contain hidden or subliminal messages
• Not contain unauthorized recording of emergency alert systems

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection:

• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Content that contains hate speech or discriminates against individuals or groups
• Sexually explicit content involving minors
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Misleading or deceptive content (fake artist names, artificial streaming manipulation)
• Spam, white noise, or content designed solely for algorithmic manipulation
• Content that violates the terms of service of any DSP

4. Artwork Standards

All artwork must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum resolution: 3000x3000 pixels
• Square aspect ratio (1:1)
• RGB color mode
• JPG or PNG format
• No offensive, misleading, or sexually explicit imagery
• No unauthorized use of third-party trademarks or logos
• No pricing, promotional text, or retailer branding

6. Compliance and Enforcement

Zaventra reserves the right to reject, remove, or take down any content that violates these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination as outlined in our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
