3. Music and Recording Rights

Zaventra Music Group operates as a licensed music distributor and publisher. All music distributed through our platform is subject to proper licensing agreements. 4. Artist Content Ownership

Artists and labels who partner with Zaventra retain ownership of their original creative works. Distribution and publishing agreements define the specific licensing terms under which Zaventra may use, distribute, and promote such works. All revenue sharing, licensing terms, and rights management are governed by individual partnership agreements.

5. Fair Use
