Agreement Termination & Catalog Exit Policy

Last Updated: October 19, 2026 • Published by Zaventra Music Group Operations

Policy Summary: Standard procedures for contract expiration, takedown issuance, ISRC retention, and final royalty accounting.

1. Catalog Takedowns & Exit

Upon contractual termination or approved takedown request, Zaventra issues electronic takedown instructions (DDEX message TakeDown) to all connected stores within 5 business days. Stores generally process removals within 2 to 7 days.

2. Post-Termination Royalty Accounting

Because digital platforms report royalties 3 to 6 months in arrears, final royalty statements and balances will continue to be reconciled and remitted until all trailing platform revenues have cleared.
