Release Delivery & Processing SLA Policy

Last Updated: October 19, 2026 • Published by Zaventra Music Group Operations

Policy Summary: Standard 48–72 business-hour internal processing target, calendar rules, non-working day exclusions, and delivery checklist.

1. Standard Processing Window (48–72 Business Hours)

Zaventra Music Group's (ZMG) normal internal release-processing target is 48 to 72 business hours. This processing clock begins strictly after a release submission is complete and all required audio files, compliant artwork, accurate metadata, rights documentation, and necessary approvals have been received and verified by our ingestion system. Incomplete submissions, blocked assets, or submissions awaiting rights clarification do NOT enter the 48–72 business-hour queue until all pending items are fully resolved.

2. Business Calendar & Working Day Calculation

Internal processing turnaround is calculated strictly during active operational business hours:
  • Saturday is an official non-working day.
  • Sunday is an official non-working day.
  • Public Holidays observed by the Zaventra Music Group processing headquarters (Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India — IST) are non-working days.
Non-working days do NOT count toward the 48–72 business-hour processing window. For example, a release submitted on Friday at 4:00 PM IST enters standard processing on Monday morning.

3. Internal Processing Target vs. Live Platform Availability

The 48–72 business-hour window represents ZMG's internal processing, inspection, and partner delivery timeframe. It is an operational standard, not a guarantee that a release will be immediately live on consumer platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, or Amazon Music) within that window. Following successful delivery from Zaventra to digital service providers (DSPs), each individual store executes its own independent ingestion, content inspection, metadata caching, and editorial scheduling. DSP processing schedules vary by platform and territory.

4. Submission Completion Checklist

To ensure eligible entry into the 48–72 business-hour processing queue, submissions must satisfy all technical and legal criteria:
  • Audio Files: Lossless 16-bit or 24-bit WAV / FLAC files at 44.1kHz or higher, free of clipping, unauthorized silence, or unmastered anomalies.
  • Cover Artwork: Minimum 3000x3000px, 1:1 square, RGB color space, JPG/PNG, free of third-party logos, pricing, URLs, or heavy generative AI elements.
  • Metadata Accuracy: Standard spelling, capitalization, and explicit content tagging matching audio lyrics.
  • Contributor Credits: Exact composer, songwriter, lyricist, and producer names provided.
  • Identifiers & Rights: Valid ISRC/UPC provided or requested under verified 100% master rights ownership.
