Parent Label, Sub-label & Sub-user Revenue Policy

Policy Summary: Direct parent-label responsibility for sub-label payments, absence of automatic direct ZMG relationship, and escalation rules.

1. Parent Label Sole Payer Responsibility

The Parent Label is solely responsible for handling, calculating, and distributing royalties and other payments payable to its sub-labels and the sub-labels' signed artists, according to the private commercial agreements between those parties. Zaventra Music Group is not the direct payer of sub-labels or sub-label artists.

2. Absence of Automatic Direct Relationship

Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, a sub-label does not automatically have a direct contractual, financial, reporting, or payment relationship with Zaventra Music Group merely because its recordings are distributed under a parent label's account. All initial royalty inquiries, accounting breakdowns, and payout requests must be directed to the Parent Label.

3. Permitted Direct Escalation Exceptions

Sub-labels and sub-users may escalate directly to Zaventra Music Group Legal (legal@zaventramusicgroup.com) ONLY in designated critical circumstances:

Formal notice of copyright infringement or legal ownership claims.
Urgent account security breach or unauthorized credential misuse.
Documented fraud or severe contractual repudiation by the Parent Label.
