Royalties, Platform Reconciliation & Revenue Share Policy
Last Updated: October 19, 2026 • Published by Zaventra Music Group Operations
Policy Summary: Digital revenue flows, platform accounting reconciliation, parent-label reporting cycle, and estimated vs. finalized statements.
1. Revenue Streams & Platform Reconciliation
Zaventra Music Group collects digital distribution earnings from global digital service providers (DSPs), including streaming royalties, digital download revenue, and YouTube Content ID monetization. Gross receipts received from platforms are reconciled against detailed platform reporting data before royalty calculation.
2. Parent Label Reporting Interval (Approx. 3–4 Months)
Zaventra Music Group generally provides official royalty statements to contracted Parent Labels approximately every 3 to 4 months, subject to platform statement delivery and financial reconciliation.
Illustrative Example: Streaming royalties generated on consumer platforms during January are generally reported to the Parent Label around April or later. This example illustrates typical digital music accounting lags and does not constitute a guaranteed payment deadline.
3. Parent Label Responsibility for Sub-label Distributions
Parent labels are exclusively responsible for calculating, reporting, and disbursing royalties to their affiliated sub-labels and artists. Zaventra Music Group reports directly to the contracted Parent Label and does not calculate individual sub-label artist splits unless expressly established by a separate signed tri-party agreement.
4. Analytics Estimates vs. Finalized Royalty Statements
Real-time analytics, daily stream estimates, and platform trend dashboards provided in the portal represent raw data and estimates. Official payable royalties are determined strictly by finalized, audited monthly/quarterly platform accounting statements.
