Royalty Statements, Reporting Delays & Adjustments Policy
Last Updated: October 19, 2026 • Published by Zaventra Music Group Operations
Policy Summary: Statement delivery, platform reporting delays, audit adjustments, and statement breakdown.
1. Statement Issuance
Reconciled royalty statements are issued in standard electronic formats (CSV / XLSX / PDF) directly through the portal to the registered Parent Label or direct account holder. Statements detail track-level ISRCs, platform sources, territory breakdowns, gross revenue, authorized fees, and net payable shares.
2. Permissible Platform Adjustments
Digital service providers occasionally execute retrospective adjustments to previously issued statements due to:
- Subsequent detection of artificial streaming or bot manipulation by platform security teams.
- Statutory withholding tax adjustments or international currency true-ups.
- Disputed copyright shares or mechanical licensing deductions.
