Refund, Cancellation & Payment Dispute Policy

Last Updated: October 19, 2026 • Published by Zaventra Music Group Operations

Policy Summary: Strict non-refundable rules once service execution commences, alongside statutory remedies and payment dispute procedures.

1. General Non-Refundable Standard

Payments for Zaventra Music Group services—including release processing, custom production, mixing, mastering, marketing campaigns, and artist management—are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced or the service has been performed.

2. Refund Restrictions

Refunds are not granted due to:
  • An artist receiving fewer streams, playlist placements, or followers than subjectively anticipated.
  • Commercial underperformance of marketing or promotional initiatives.
  • Third-party platform takedowns or processing delays outside Zaventra's direct operational control.
  • Customer submission of non-compliant artwork, audio, or incomplete metadata.
  • Customer change of mind after ingestion or workflow processing has begun.

3. Mandatory Exceptions & Billing Disputes

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under applicable Indian law. Confirmed duplicate transactions, erroneous billing charges, or unfulfilled services where delivery was prevented solely by Zaventra operational failure will be investigated and refunded upon verified account audit.
