Last Updated: October 19, 2026 • Published by Zaventra Music Group Operations
Policy Summary: Proposed Qenlo withdrawal fee structure ($3.56 + 1.5%), currency conversion transparency, and bank intermediary deductions.
1. Withdrawal Fee Structure
In accordance with our platform technology fee schedule, withdrawals processed through the system carry a proposed fee of:
Standard Withdrawal Fee: USD $3.56 fixed fee plus 1.5% of the gross payout amount.
Example ($100 Payout): On a $100 payout, the fixed charge is $3.56 and the 1.5% variable charge is $1.50, totaling $5.06 in platform processing fees. The remaining $94.94 is remitted for payment processing.
2. Currency Conversion & Exchange Rates
Where payouts originate in USD and are converted into INR or other local currencies, conversion is performed at the prevailing commercial exchange rate applied by the processing financial institution or banking network. Any applicable foreign exchange markup or conversion charge imposed by intermediary banking rails will be disclosed where available.
3. Intermediary & Beneficiary Bank Charges
International wire transfers and SWIFT payments may be subject to intermediary or receiving bank charges (inward remittance fees) assessed independently by your local bank. These third-party banking charges are outside ZMG's control and are deducted by the receiving banking system.
4. Minimum Threshold & Verification Requirements
Payouts are subject to verified KYC documentation and the minimum contractual payout threshold (currently configured at USD $100 or contractual equivalent). Payout requests cannot be processed to unverified beneficiary accounts or incomplete bank profiles.
