Exclusive Distribution Rights Policy
Last Updated: October 19, 2026 • Published by Zaventra Music Group Operations
Policy Summary: Exclusivity terms, dual-distribution restrictions, and catalog protection.
1. Scope of Exclusivity
When you enter into an exclusive distribution agreement with Zaventra Music Group, you grant ZMG the sole and exclusive right to deliver, license, and collect digital revenues for the specified recordings across authorized digital streaming services, download stores, and social platforms within the agreed territory and term.
2. Dual Distribution Prohibited
Rights holders must not distribute the same sound recording to identical digital service providers through another distributor, aggregator, or self-upload portal during the active term of exclusivity. Dual distribution creates metadata conflicts, duplicate Content ID claims, and store ingestion rejections.
3. Content ID Administration
Exclusive distribution grants ZMG the authority to administer YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, and TikTok sound library claiming for the covered recordings, ensuring complete revenue capture and preventing conflicting third-party claims.
