Copyright Infringement Policy
Last Updated: October 19, 2026 • Published by Zaventra Music Group Operations
Policy Summary: Clear notice-and-takedown procedure, reporting requirements, dispute resolution, and anti-abuse safeguards.
1. Scope & Prohibited Conduct
Zaventra Music Group strictly prohibits the distribution or ingestion of sound recordings, musical compositions, artwork, samples, or videos without verified rights authorization. Misrepresenting exclusive rights, utilizing uncleared samples, or filing fraudulent claims will result in immediate catalog restriction and service termination.
2. Reporting Infringement
To report infringing material distributed via Zaventra, rights holders must submit a formal notice to legal@zaventramusicgroup.com containing:
- Full legal name, organization, and contact credentials of the claimant.
- Specific identification of the copyrighted master, composition, or asset.
- Direct URL, ISRC, or metadata identifying the allegedly infringing release.
- Legal evidence of copyright ownership or authorized agent power of attorney.
- A signed good-faith statement confirming accuracy under penalty of perjury.
3. Review, Counter-Notices & Disputing Reports
Upon receipt of a substantiated complaint, Zaventra will investigate the catalog submission and notify the uploading party. If the uploader provides valid assignment or licensing documentation, a counter-notice workflow will be facilitated according to applicable statutory frameworks.
