These Terms of Service govern your use of the YouTube channel integration provided by Zaventra Music Group, operated by Zaventra Industries Private Limited (“Zaventra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By connecting a YouTube channel to our platform or using the relevant YouTube features (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or connecting a YouTube channel through Google OAuth, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements, have authority to connect the account, and agree to these Terms and applicable platform policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not connect your account or use the relevant YouTube features.

2. Description of Service

Zaventra Music Group provides music distribution and management services, including tools that may connect to YouTube through the official YouTube Data API and Google OAuth 2.0. Depending on the features enabled and permissions granted, the Service may allow you to:

  • Identify the Google account authorized for the connection.
  • View information about authorized YouTube channels.
  • Access channel statistics and video listings available through the authorized API.
  • Upload or publish completed videos when you explicitly initiate or authorize the relevant action.

The actual permissions requested will be displayed during Google's authorization process. Features are subject to availability, technical limitations, and applicable platform requirements.

3. Compliance with Google and YouTube Policies

Your use of the Service must comply with applicable Google and YouTube terms and policies, including:

4. Your Account and Authorization

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and maintaining the security of your Google account. You must only connect accounts and channels that you own or are authorized to manage.

You may disconnect your YouTube account through the available account controls, where supported, or revoke access through Google Account Permissions.

After authorization is revoked, the Service will stop using that authorization for future access. Related stored data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements. You should promptly report suspected unauthorized access through our official contact email.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload or distribute content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Violate YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright policies, or other platform requirements.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, fraudulent content, or harmful material.
  • Submit content or ownership claims without the necessary rights or authorization.
  • Artificially manipulate views, streams, engagement, monetization, or other platform metrics.
  • Misuse Google or YouTube data or attempt to bypass authorization restrictions.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third-party rights, subject to applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party platforms, including Google and YouTube. These platforms operate under their own terms and policies. Zaventra does not control third-party availability, API changes, moderation decisions, account restrictions, or platform policies. Changes or interruptions in third-party services may affect some features of the Service.

7. Content Ownership and Permissions

You retain ownership of content and intellectual property rights that you own, subject to any separate written agreement, assignment, or license that applies to that content.

By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorize Zaventra to access the permitted channel information and perform the actions you explicitly request through the Service, to the extent necessary to provide the relevant features.

You represent that you own or have obtained the rights and permissions required for content you submit, upload, distribute, or authorize.

These Terms alone do not transfer ownership of your music, videos, masters, compositions, or other intellectual property to Zaventra. Any separate rights transfer, exclusive license, or distribution arrangement must be set out in an applicable written agreement.

8. Purchases, Cancellation, and Refunds

If you purchase a label, distribution, or other paid service through Zaventra, the applicable checkout terms or separate written agreement will govern the price, service scope, cancellation, and refund conditions. Any refund eligibility will depend on the applicable purchase terms, the stage of service delivery, and mandatory applicable law. Where a specific refund policy applies, it should be made available before purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service, disconnect your YouTube account, or request account closure through the available account controls or official support channel. Zaventra may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, including in cases of material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent activity, security risks, or misuse of the Service. Termination does not automatically cancel outstanding contractual obligations or override applicable legal data-retention requirements.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Zaventra does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, acceptance of uploaded content, YouTube monetization, audience growth, distribution acceptance, or any particular revenue outcome. Nothing in this section excludes statutory rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zaventra Industries Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology, operations, legal obligations, or third-party integrations. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where required by law or contract, we will provide notice or obtain additional consent.
