Platform Integration Overview

Zaventra Music Group (operated by Zaventra Industries Private Limited) provides artist and record label infrastructure for digital music distribution. As part of our technology ecosystem, we offer optional YouTube integration tools utilizing the official Google OAuth 2.0 protocol and YouTube Data API v3.

When an authorized artist or label manager elects to connect a YouTube channel to our platform, the connection is established securely through Google’s official authorization dialog.

Permissions (OAuth Scopes) Requested

We adhere strictly to the principle of least privilege. Depending on the specific features you configure in your account, the integration may request:

Basic Identification

openid, email, profile

Used to verify the authorized Google identity and link the connected channel to the correct user account.

Read-Only Channel Access

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly

Used to view channel name, subscriber count, public video statistics, and video listings within your management dashboard.

Authorized Video Publishing

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload

Used strictly when you explicitly trigger the automated delivery of an official music video or visualizer to your connected channel.

Google Limited Use Compliance

Zaventra Music Group's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

  • We do NOT sell YouTube or Google user data to data brokers or advertising exchanges.
  • We do NOT use Google or YouTube user data for serving personalized advertisements.
  • We do NOT use Google or YouTube user data to train generalized AI or foundation machine learning models.
  • Data is accessed solely to provide user-facing music management features explicitly initiated by you.

How to Disconnect or Revoke Access

You maintain complete control over your connected channels at all times. You can disconnect your YouTube channel directly in your Zaventra account dashboard, or revoke access immediately through Google’s security controls:

  1. Visit your Google Account Permissions page.
  2. Locate Zaventra Music Group under Third-party apps with account access.
  3. Click Remove Access to invalidate all active session tokens immediately.

Upon revocation, our system immediately ceases all future API requests and securely purges active access and refresh tokens from our database.
