How long does legal review take?
Most requests receive an initial response within 3–7 business days. Complex matters may take longer.
Will I receive a case reference?
Yes. After submitting, you will receive a Case ID (e.g., ZMG-2026-000154) both on screen and by email confirmation.
Can I update my request after submission?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email quoting your Case ID and our legal team will append the information to your file.
